We won’t be looking to see how Leviticus recommends thinning a forest or what trees to plant, however there will be biblical backing to emphasize the management of our forests, including timber harvesting, as well as the biblical stance that creating profit and wealth generation is an act of obedience.

 We will go through what sustainability means biblically and how they relate to our efforts in forestry! After defining sustainability as a whole, we will go through activities to define what our own version and ideals of sustainability is practically on our landscapes and within our families.

Absolutely. We will touch on how timber harvesting can be approached to increase diversity and consistency of revenue, but will also focus on all the alternative revenue streams we can utilize at the same time!

There’s risk to everything. We will be talking about the pros and cons of the various revenue streams you can create so you can determine for yourself whether they align with your goals and are a good fit for your family.
